Conditions

The price of the room has the VAT included, there are no further taxes or duties in addition. The price per stay and room varies depending on the time of the year (if it is high, medium or low season). It also varies depending on the room you reserve.  To see the price and the availability of the rooms please click here.

The breakfast is not included in the price of the room. If you wish so you can order breakfast at the reception on arrival time, where you can consult the prices.

For payment of the rooms we accept cash, credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), we don’t accept checks.

OUR TIMETABLE

Check-in time:  13:30 noon to 23:00

Check-out time: 11:30-12:00 am

Please inform the front desk about the estimated time of your arrival at the HOSTEL , especially if you arrive at night. If you arrive before your room is ready you can register and leave your baggage at the front desk.

We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may arrive at any time of the day, but please inform us in advance.  For an easier performance of our cleaning service please do not stay in the rooms between 10 and 14 h.

To check the availability of rooms you can visit our website selecting the dates of your interest in the calendar included in the corresponding section  that can be found on the home page or in the section RESERVATIONS. If you wish to make a reservation for a group of more than 7 people, please contact us by e-mail info@pensionaduar.com

Summer bookings have to be made within 2-3 weeks in advance. It is possible that if you are checking the availability of double rooms at the online calendar, they will appear to be fully booked. In that case it is recommendable to consult us by mail or phone for if any of them would be free during this dates, our staff will let you know as soon as possible.

It is recommended to make reservations in advance, however if it is not possible, please contact us at your arrival day to check the availability of rooms.

To make a reservation through our website please note the following

  • Please click Book now in the main menu and follow the instructions.
  • To confirm reservations you need to enter the number of a valid credit card. The introduction of dates is performed in a safe place so we guarantee the confidentiality of your data.
  • If the data entered are incorrect it leads to an automatic cancelation of the booking, it would be invalid and you will have to make a new reservation.
  • The reservations made through our website are totally valid and safe.

Conditions of cancellation

Regarding how to make cancellations

If you cancel or modify your reservation up to 7 days before arrival

(14 days in the high season)  no fee will be charged.

The low and middle season are from 30th of September to the first of June

The high season is from the first of Jun until the 30th of September

If you cancel or modify your reservation too late or if you don’t arrive, the establishment will charge 100% of the first 2 nights.

The establishment can charge 100% for the first 2 nights at any moment after reservation.

Regarding children accommodation and extra beds availability

If there are no extra beds you should use the option “no extra beds available”

  • Children of all ages can be accommodated
  • 1 child under 7 years can be accommodated free using the existing bed
  • Maximum capacity of extra beds /0

According to our company- policy and as shown in our warranty for the reservation made in advance the deposit will be charged at the time of the booking.

For the booking confirmation please check the inbox of your e-mail. If you have activated the “anti-spam” system, please check the folders in which these characteristics are stored, there could be your booking confirmation. Ultimately, if you still did not obtain your booking confirmation, please contact us by some of the ways mentioned above.

The booking confirmations will not be provided if they are for the Spanish embassies or consulates located abroad.

To activate the cancellation you will have to enter the number of the reservation, your email address and the dates of your booking.
